Our Website Design and Development Process

WHAT TO EXPECT when you work with us on a new website

Step One:
Brainstorming and establishing your wants and needs . Research and provide us with 3 sample websites you like so we can evaluate what direction you desire. From this, we work up a quote and plans for you to approve.

Step Two:
Meet to review the proposal and establish terms, timelines and expectations of tasks. We will go over our process in detail and let you know what we need from you.

Step Three:
Review and approve concepts of both wireframe and sitemap structures before integration of design into the website. Content will be your responsibility: write text, gather photos, and produce graphics.

Step Four:
Once all content is provided by you, we will begin integration and population of website, or we will show you how to do this, depending on the bid structure.

Step Five:
Prelaunch evaluation meeting - we will review functionality and features and set up a launch expectation.

Step Six:
Launch website - hand over the keys to you for you to manage and control.

Step Seven:
Ongoing planning and development, search engine optimization (SEO), or a schedule for system updates.
